Q: Webalizer isn't activated on my account. How do I activate it?

Simply create a "webstats" directory in your document root (/home/username/public_html, unless you changed it in the Members Area). Then that night, our stats system will automatically setup the directory with Webalizer and it will start to create the webstats for you. Note that all accounts are setup with webstats by default.
