Q: Everytime I want to add something like an email account or auto responder etc. it is not realtime, but there is some delay. Why?

While our system is mostly automated, with email forwarding, spam rules, and other configuration implemented instantaneously, anything that involves a password or money is reviewed for security reasons. Also, things that involve DNS take time to propagate through our servers, and the internet, due to the nature of the DNS protocol.
